- Abstract
- The pier concists of a concrete slab poured into the ground and covered by a water-proof box. This arrangement is semi-portable, and was used in experiments to determine the best length for the legs of the triangle used in a tripartite seismograph station. The lead-shielded cable used in all remote recordings is shown as it was installed on fence posts at Richmond, Florida. Gutenberg Papers.
