The “Paris” side is scaled in “inches” equal to approximately 1 and 1/8-inch and divided in halves, quarters and twelfths. This does not reflect a metric scale. Appears to be solid ivory. “London” side has address: West 1 St. James’s Street. Mfg: English-made.
